I recently had the latest in a series of aha moments about doing too much. Tech, which i love, has taken over my life. Efficiency in the pursuit of productivity has led me off course. There has been lots of talk of refining process, automating systems and pushing forward, in an effort to create time to live, explore, be present or just enjoy life. It's a nice idea, but our world seems like it's off the rails.
Luckily, I have the freedom to do less, and in doing less, I feel better and am better. I seem to care less about things I thought were important. It's a process. Part of the process is using tech to truly filter my world and set rules about how I communicate.
I'm starting with a log of actions to chart my progress toward doing less and being more.
